Navigate your season well…

Ever feel like you’re in a continuous season of waiting? Maybe you’re just hanging in there for the next thing, the next opportunity, or the next dream to fulfill. It’s easy to want to rush ahead to that next big thing, but what if we stopped, paused, and really embraced where God has us right now?

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NKJV) – To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:

Every season of your life has purpose—even what feels like the hard and dry seasons. Instead of wishing yourself out of those places, what if you asked God to reveal His purpose for you in that season? Often, there is greater surrender in our lives that needs to take place in order for God to move us on to the next thing He has for us.

God is never in a rush. He loves you and values your life so much that He is willing to take time to grow and prepare you for what lies ahead. So instead of fighting against it, why not embrace it? We can’t skip or change it, so it would be wise to learn how to steward that time well.

So, whatever season you find yourself in right now, make a choice to walk it hand in hand with your Father. Be still and learn from Him, and you will gain much more from that season than you would wishing yourself out of it.

Remember Jeremiah 29:11 (NLV) says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
