We hope everyone has been enjoying the summer so far – or maybe winter depending on where you are in the world. We have some very exciting things to share with you this month! Our young people in the Philippines have had a incredible time at summer camp this year – huge thank you to everyone who donated and our amazing Church Partners in the Philippines! You can read some of their testimonies below!
Plus we are delighted to welcome a new Truestee to the Purim family! And we are hiring for two exciting new roles – so you’ll want to make sure you check those out further below!
We also have plenty of ways that you can help and get involved – whether it’s supporting our Women’s Training Programme, contributing to our upcoming trip to the Philippines, or sponsoring one of our priority children who urgently need support.
As always, we are grateful and humbled by your support of our work and we hope you enjoy catching up on all our latest news!
Thank you for being a blessing to us!!
The Purim Trust Team

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who donated to our youth camp appeal! Because of you, our Sponsored young people were able to come away together for fun, fellowship, and life-changing encounters in God’s presence.
Our Church Partners have shared some powerful testimonies from some of the youth that attended:

We are so close to being able to start our very first course for our Women’s Training Programme!
But we still need more Sponsors, Partners and donors to help who have a heart to invest in the Mothers of our Sponsor Children. Our first course in dressmaking will
equip them with the skills and qualifications they need to bring their families one step closer to self-sufficiency.
And here’s how you can help:
Sponsor a Mother’s training – For £42 a month, you can Sponsor the training of a Mother and help her on her journey towards self-sufficiency, by covering the costs involved with gaining a qualification which includes the materials needed, transportation to and from the training, and administrative costs to run the project.
Partner with this project – for a monthly contribution of any amount, you’ll cover the costs involved with overseeing, growing and developing this project, and coordinating the students.
Fund a sewing machine – we want to gift every Mother a sewing machine upon successful completion of the dressmaking course. This will enable her to start working and earning money straight away! You can either fully fund a sewing machine for £187 or donate any amount to contribute towards a sewing machine.
Make a donation – give a one off amount that will be used to establish this new project and help us support even more women.

We are so excited to welcome Hannah Rodway to the Purim family as our newest Trustee!
Hannah has worked in various roles within the ministry and charity sector and brings extensive experience and expertise to her role as a Trustee.
We are delighted to have her on our board of Trustees and we are looking forward to all she will contribute to the Purim team!

Could you spare just a few minutes to provide us with your feedback?
Whether you’re a Sponsor, Partner, or one-off donor – we would love to know why you support us and what has impacted you the most about our work.
Your words help us share the impact of our work and inspire others to get involved.

“If you’re not careful to guard your heart from comparison, the enemy will try to convince you that there’s always something wrong with you – that you’re unworthy, unusable, and forgotten. He’s after your calling and if he can get you to believe his lies, it will paralyze you from moving forward.”

Priority Children needing Sponsorship!
We have several priority children who urgently need Sponsors.
Priority children are often the ones in greatest need or have been waiting the longest for a Sponsor.
If you want to make a difference in someone’s life this year, why not consider sponsoring a priority child?
For £32 per month, you will ensure they receive three meals a day, vitamins, health checks, supplies, support from a local church, and everything they need to go to school.
